Moving Services
We provide professional moving and relocation services including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of household and commercial goods within India and internationally.
Additional Services
Our services may include storage solutions, vehicle transportation, specialized item handling, insurance coverage, and related logistics services as agreed upon in your service contract.
Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are hazardous, illegal, or beyond our operational capabilities. A complete list of restricted items will be provided during the booking process.

Our services are available in specified geographic areas. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and distance. We will confirm service availability during the booking process.
Booking and Scheduling
Booking Process
All bookings must be confirmed in writing through our website, email, or signed contract. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing with all terms clearly specified.
Scheduling
Moving dates and times are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, dates and times are subject to confirmation and may be adjusted due to operational requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, though additional fees may apply depending on timing and availability.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure
Our pricing is based on factors including distance, volume of goods, services requested, and timing. All quotes are estimates unless specifically stated as binding. Final charges may vary based on actual services provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit upon booking with the balance due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote, such as extra packing materials, storage fees, long carry charges, or services requested on moving day.
Disputes
Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of service completion. We will investigate all legitimate disputes and work to resolve them fairly and promptly.
Liability and Insurance
Basic Coverage
We provide basic liability coverage for your belongings during the move. The extent of coverage will be detailed in your service agreement and is subject to the terms and conditions specified therein.
Additional Insurance
Additional insurance coverage is available for high-value items. We recommend discussing insurance options during the booking process to ensure adequate protection for your belongings.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the coverage specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
Claims Process
Any damage or loss claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and formally submitted in writing within 9 months of the move date. Claims will be processed according to our claims procedures.
Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information about your moving requirements, including inventory, special handling needs, and access limitations at both origin and destination.
Preparation
You are responsible for preparing your belongings according to our guidelines, disconnecting appliances, and ensuring clear access for our moving team at both locations.
Valuable Items
You must declare valuable items, important documents, and items requiring special handling. We recommend keeping valuable documents, jewelry, and irreplaceable items with you during the move.
Access and Permits
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, ensuring building access, and coordinating with building management at both origin and destination locations.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous Materials
We cannot transport hazardous materials including flammable liquids, explosives, corrosive substances, toxic materials, or any items prohibited by transportation regulations.
Perishable Items
Perishable food items, plants, and live animals cannot be transported. We recommend making separate arrangements for these items.
Legal Restrictions
We cannot transport items that are illegal to possess or transport, including stolen goods, contraband, or items that violate local, state, or federal laws.
High-Value Items
Certain high-value items such as cash, securities, important documents, and irreplaceable items should not be included in the shipment unless specifically arranged and insured.
Termination and Disputes
Service Termination
Either party may terminate services under certain conditions as specified in the service agreement. Termination procedures and any applicable fees will be outlined in your contract.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to binding arbitration under Indian law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
